Award Winning Wheelchair Dealer
Local Mobility Dealer Honored with Awards Absolute Mobility Center, a BraunAbility authorized dealer of mobility products, was recently recognized with two awards during The Braun Corporation’s first national AbilitySummit conference.
With two locations in Washington (Tacoma and Woodinville), the company is the largest mobility dealer in the state and offers new and used wheelchair accessible vehicles, wheelchair lifts, power wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters.
The dealer’s first honor was for Highest Customer Satisfaction in the West region, earning an over 96% customer satisfaction rate over the year. Owned by husband and wife team Eddie and Amanda Riveira, Absolute Mobility just celebrated its 21 year anniversary earlier this month. The owners and the entire staff maintain a “red-carpet” approach to customer service.
The second honor, Best Dealer Showroom Award, went to the dealer’s Tacoma location, which recently underwent an extensive renovation. The brand new dealership opened its doors to the Tacoma market in April and was completely remodeled with the customer experience as top priority.
“We offer a first-class approach to customer service at Absolute Mobility,” said Amanda Riveira, “and we wanted a showroom to reflect the same high standards.” Every effort was made to make sure this location offered the highest degree of accessibility, from increased doorway widths to smoother tiling and completely electronic doorway entrances. Each improvement was made with the customer in mind, including an impressive waiting room with large flat-screen televisions. The showroom features over 8,000 square feet of display space with room to exhibit 18 BraunAbility wheelchair vans.
Absolute Mobility is the only mobility dealer in Washington state to have a showroom space completely enclosed indoors – a consideration which is certainly appreciated by residents from a state that endures nine months of rain a year.
